Terms and conditions
1. Area of application
For all orders through our online store, the following terms and conditions apply.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of the contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Oro Campania Scarl.
By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your registrations at any time before submitting your binding order using the corrective aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the goods contained in the cart by clicking on the Order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, storage of the contract text
The language available for the contract is Italian.
The contract text will not be saved by us.
4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the prices of the products indicated, shipping costs are added. You can get more details on the amount of shipping costs on the "Shipping" page.
If you receive packages from Oro Campania, visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packages or visibly stained by spilling from any broken bottles or other containers) you can do as follows:
- If it is a matter of several packages, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's note "With reserve". We will then take care of returning the damaged package and returning it to you.
- If instead it is a shipment from a single package, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we would take care of the return and recovery of the shipment.
Any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and returning the new one are entirely at our expense.
In case of exhaustion of the broken product, you will be contacted for a possible replacement; if you do not find any replacement products, the sums paid will be returned to you.
In our online shop you can use the following payment methods:
If you select the payment method by bank transfer, we will provide our bank details by email and will deliver the goods only after receiving the payment.
As part of the PayPal payment service, we offer you various payment methods such as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the PayPal online provider. There you can specify the details of your payment, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instructions to PayPal.
If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, you will have to pay the amount of your order by registering with the Paypal payment service. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirming the payment order. You will receive further information during the order process.
Credit Card (service offered by Payplug)
If you have chosen the credit card of the payment method, it is not necessary to be registered with Payplug to pay the order amount. The payment transaction will be processed by your credit card company at the request of Payplug and your card will be charged immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after your confirmation as a legitimate cardholder. You will receive further information during the order process.
These are the warranty rights provided for by law. Information on any additional applicable warranties and their exact conditions are available in the product and on the special information pages in the online store.

7. Dispute resolution

We are not obligated and unwilling to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
